Open Door Event – Weds 7 July 2021

Due to the government’s recent decision to extend Covid restrictions, unfortunately, we feel that it would be irresponsible of us to go ahead with our Open-door event that was planned for 7 July. Many thanks for your interest in the event. We look forward to meeting parents at our Y12 welcome evening on 28 September.

Then grab a ticket for our ‘Open Door Event’! This event will give friends & family of our 2021 applicants the chance to listen to the Principal’s presentation, to take a look around our fantastic modern campus, to speak to teaching staff from all of our departments, and to meet our amazing support teams. It will run in the evening after our Induction Day on 7 July, when students will have spent a day on site experiencing life as a New College student. 

The “Open Door Event” is for families of applicants starting September 2021 only.  If you are currently in Year 10, we will have lots of opportunities for you to visit New College soon.

The two “Open Door Event” sessions will run from 5.00-6.00pm and 6:30-7:30pm. Free tickets for these sessions can be obtained by following the links below. Each ticket will admit two people. On-site parking is limited, so please either use the additional parking at Pontefract Collieries Football Club or a short distance away in Pontefract, or make alternative arrangements for travel. Tickets are free and are available to book from 9am on Monday 31 May to midnight on Friday 18th June.
