Staff and students at NEW College raised over a thousand pounds for Comic Relief this week.
With a range of imaginative fund-raising activities from buying buns to shooting hoops in the Sports Hall, organisers managed to raise £1034.61 in just one day.
“Many thanks to all those who collected, counted or contributed in any way to a very successful Red Nose Day,” said Jon Skelton, one of the staff organisers behind the event.
