NEW College staff and students took part in the Pretty Muddy event last Saturday to raise funds for Cancer Research.
The race for life event at Temple Newsam in Leeds saw the team encounter various obstacle courses throughout the wet and muddy 5k route.
Event organiser, Gemma Asquith, said: “The day was a fantastic turn out from both NEW College staff and students. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed and completed the run despite all the obstacles and mud along the way. These just added to the fun and enjoyment whilst raising money for cancer research.”
The team raised over £700 for the charity.
