Pontefract Titans will go head to head next week in a battle for much needed points against Coleg Y Cymoedd for a place in the college premier league top spot.
The New College elite rugby league team, who are currently second place on the college premier league table, will meet the former Welsh academy at the famous Post Office Road venue on Wednesday 30th November, for a 2pm kick off.
A shirt presentation will be given by Featherstone Rovers Head Coach, Jon Sharp before the game following Featherstone Rovers kindly agreeing to donate kit to the Titan’s team for the year.
Andrew Petch, Titans Team Manager, said: “We are expecting a tough game against a well drilled and highly competitive team. With the season over the half-way point, it is crucial the Titans secure as many points as possible from the remaining games as the league could be decided by points difference and three to four teams are competing for the top spot.”
Entry to the match is free, so come along to the Bigfellas Stadium to support the region’s future budding rugby stars.
