New College Pontefract has once again been ranked as one of the top 20 institutions in the country.
The National Centre for Diversity seeks “to advance equality, diversity and inclusion, to ensure fairness for all”, and publishes an annual list of its top 100 organisations across the country. New College Pontefract is part of New Collaborative Learning Trust, and the college’s track-record of success in this list illustrates the trust’s long-term commitment to issues around inclusion and diversity.
“We passionately believe in the importance of these issues,” said Lauren Walker, Director of Human Resources for New Collaborative Learning Trust, “particularly when working with almost 3,000 young people across the Yorkshire region and over 250 members of staff, which is why we are delighted that our work in this area has once again been recognised by the NCfD.”
