On Monday 26 September, we held our Year 12 Parents/Carers’ Welcome Evening at the college in the Students’ Union. This was an opportunity for parents/carers to find out more about student life at New College and about some of our important procedures.
The programme for the evening was as follows:
- Welcome and presentation by the Principal Vicky Marks
- Information on college/parent communication
- Evidence based research on how students learn best by the Assistant Principal for Teaching and Learning Lisa Wiles
After the presentation, Progress Tutors were be available to meet parents. Following the event, you can contact them via Cedar or by telephone.
